I was devastated when I realized that a failed water connection in the bathroom had been quietly destroying my home. It wasn’t until I moved a heavy wooden chair that I saw the marshy conditions soaking through the carpet. SERVPRO was quick to respond and remove all the mold and wet from my home. They covered my floors with protective liners and hung plastic drapes to protect the rest of the house while they diligently worked. And to top it off, the final bill for the remediation process came in under the max for my insurance coverage — meaning I had zero out of pocket expense for that process. Called SERVPRO immediately in the morning after discovery and initial cleanup. They came out 1 1/2hr later and promptly began cleanup with 8 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. Ran for 72 hrs straight (and yes we're glad our bedrooms were on the other side of the house). Finally, dried out per their moisture detector tools. Excellent work! Were professional and answered all our questions before commencing work! Would use them again!
