Dining Room

This soot covered Dining Room was the result of an arson brush fire that came right up to their back window and burned their patio cover.  This created a thin, yet potent odor, gray colored soot.  It is not as visible, as it is stinky.  It is also very acidic, which can ruin polished surfaces.  Common issues arise with wood polished furniture, glass, chrome fixtures and reflective surfaces.  The before picture was taken the next morning after the fire and resulting smoke damage to the residence.  The after picture was taken less than a week later and allowed the customer to start to feel normal again.
