Mold behind cabinets

This project remediated mold growth which was occurring behind a dishwasher.  This is a very common problem because the leak can go undiscovered for a significant amount of time.  Mold grows very well when there is constant moisture, low air flow, organic substances and an average indoor temperature.  All these preferences are fulfilled behind a dishwasher.

Our team of certified and experienced technicians doned appropriate Personal Protective Equipment,  setup a negative air containment, installed a negative air machine and responsibly removed all affected materials.  All remaining materials were adequately sanded, cleaned and had an application of a biodegradable & organic disinfectant applied to them.  After the remediation was completed, a licensed industrial hygienist performed a mold clearance test to determine the site was habitable.
