Commercial facilities often have many portions and priorities, which need to addressed accordingly.  Often times the professional crews and managers at SERVPRO need to be the communications hub to get the building owner, property manager, business tenant(s), insurance adjuster and consultant on the same page.  These "interested parties" often have different priorities, which can conflict.  Our project managers are experienced and trained to identify these different priorities so a cohesive plan can be created and implemented.  When all interested parties can get on the same page, our SERVPRO team can easily execute the plan and create satisfaction among all interested parties.
