Mold in crawlspace
This project remediated mold growth which was occurring on the bottom of the wooden sub-floor, in the crawlspace. This is a very common problem because the moisture can go undiscovered for a significant amount of time. Mold grows very well when there is constant moisture, low air flow, organic substances and an average indoor temperature. All these preferences are fulfilled in a crawlspace.
Our team of certified and experienced technicians doned appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, setup a negative air containment, installed a negative air machine and responsibly removed all affected materials. All remaining materials were adequately sanded, cleaned and had an application of a biodegradable & organic disinfectant applied to them.
These are the appropriate steps for a professional company to complete to protect you and your family from exposure to excess mold contamination.
